Ticket Sales

To order tickets for workshops, meal functions, professional tours, special events, and family tours, complete the ticketed event section of the conference registration form. There will be a $5 surcharge on all tickets purchased on site. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early, space is limited.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of guest and professional tours must be received in writing at Galaxy Registration, PO Box 3867, Frederick, MD  21701, ATTN: ASEE 2000, on or before June 1, 2000. Cancellation of registration or meal functions must be received in writing at Galaxy Registration, on or before June 12, 2000.  A $50 processing fee will apply to all registration cancellations.  Refunds will not be made for no-shows or for requests received after June 12, 2000. No exceptions will be made.

On-site conference registration will be in the America's Center. Attendees for Sunday morning workshops should check in at registration Saturday afternoon.

Information Desk

An information desk will be located in the registration area and staffed by local committee members. These individuals can provide suggestions on transportation, restaurants, and site-seeing.

Conference Proceedings

A CD-ROM of the conference proceedings is included in your registration. This lightweight version of the proceedings includes a reverse index, making it easy to sort information. Workstations to view the CD-ROM will be available at the conference.

Conference registration will be held in the America's Center during the times listed below. Attendees for Sunday morning workshops should check in at the registration desk on Saturday afternoon.

Shuttle Service

Airport Express/Shuttleport provides service to downtown hotels. The cost is $10 one way, $15 roundtrip. Be sure to mention that you are attending the ASEE conference to get the special round-trip rate.
Shuttles will be running from the conference hotels to the convention center. Check at your hotel's front desk for the schedule.

Parking

The St. Louis Centre Parking Garage is located at the intersection of 7th and Convention Plaza Avenues.

Attire

Business-casual dress is recommended for all sessions. Dress for the picnic is very casual. The Awards Banquet is semi-formal; appropriate attire is expected.
