All hotel reservations must be made through Expovision, the official housing bureau for the ASEE Annual Conference. Please note that hotels will NOT take direct reservations for the Annual Conference. All hotel reservations must be made through this official housing bureau.

Located in downtown Austin, the Hilton Austin is the only city hotel adjacent to the Austin Convention Center. It is one block from the famous Sixth Street nightlife and a short stroll to the entertainment, shopping and dining of the warehouse entertainment and Second Street districts. This downtown location is convenient to such local city attractions as the capitol building, Bob Bullock Texas historical museum, and the LBJ presidential library. The hotel is seven miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline for cancellations and date for name changes is May 13, 2009. Deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable after the aforementioned date. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of deposit and cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
