Focus on Exhibits Events
The
exhibit hall is the central meeting place for ASEE conference registrants
and the location for ASEE’s poster sessions and conference
events such as refreshment breaks, special drawings and product
demonstrations. One of the most popular conference proceedings is
the series of “Focus on Exhibits” events held in the
exhibit hall. These are exclusive events. No sessions or other events
are held during these times, providing an excellent networking and
sales opportunity in a relaxed atmosphere. Over the course of the
conference, there will be over four hours devoted to the “Focus
on Exhibits” events, which will include complimentary food
and beverage service.

WHY
EXHIBIT?
ASEE annual conference attendees are procurement and academic policy

in the classroom and in their own research. ASEE member deans and
professors are interested in new products and services, such as:
- Engineering textbooks and educational materials
- Design software and hardware
- Laboratory equipment
- Engineering information and consulting services
- Engineering laboratories, training facilities or research services
- K-12 educational programs
The
ASEE annual conference can help your organization reach its sales
and marketing goals by providing:
- Access to over 3,500 decision makers in engineering education,
representing over 500,000 engineering undergraduate and graduate
students
- Targeted entry into a $5 billion research market
- Multiple networking opportunities with receptive, influential
buyers in a dynamic sales environment
- Access to outstanding ASEE technical sessions and poster sessions
- Exposure in all event print and online promotional materials
(PRISM Magazine, annual conference program, ASEE and event Web
sites, etc.)
